The SAF INTRADISC plus INTEGRAL suspension system is optimized for standard transports such as curtainsiders, coolers and containers.

The SAF TIRE PILOT tire pressure refill system has been further developed and is now compliant with the amended legislation of EU Regulation No. 2019/2144 respectively ECE R 141.
The new SAF TIRE PILOT I.Q. tire pressure refill system automatically ensures the set minimum pressure on all tires of the trailer. If necessary, the system automatically refills to the preset tire pressure. This extends the service life of the tires, saves fuel costs and avoids complete failures.

The weight-optimized 20 t fifth wheel HOLLAND SK-S 36.20 made of spheroidal graphite cast iron is optimally adapted for use in standard long-distance transport.
The optional RECOPLUBE lubricant pump is easy to maintain and convenient to operate, economical and environmentally friendly. This pump regularly greases fifth wheels automatically and sustainably. The system meters the lubricant sparingly and precisely.

The HOLLAND FWAL Aluminum Fifth Wheel is the lightest weight standard duty fifth wheel for on-highway applications. The FWAL features environmentally friendly Low-Lube technology, eliminating the need for lubricating the top plate surface.

The COLAS® valve can be used to manually raise and lower the deck height of commercial vehicles and trailers. The COLAS® valve takes the place of current systems which require multiple components, fittings and plumbing. An optional automatic reset feature is available with the COLAS® valve. This feature prevents an operator from moving a vehicle while the valve is in use. The COLAS® valve will reset and allow normal operation of the air suspension system.

ILAS® is a lift axle control system which incorporates several valves within one unit. According to the options selected, this system can be configured to operate in full automatic mode, or as a manual lift system with automatic descent. It always ensures the optimum utilisation of the axles by preventing unnecessary wear on the tyres and undercarriage. The traction control system facilitates a manual momentary axle lift, providing better traction in difficult conditions.

The V.ORLANDI MV505 series is a 50mm automatic drawbar coupling for BNA standard drawbar eyes, which is designed for steering drawbar trailers and central axle trailers. A special designed bell mouth supports the coupling process.
This couplings series are homologated acc. to the ECE R55 standard and they are easy to handle, can be maintained very fast and is cost efficient.
