SAF CBX69

The SAF CBX69 Sliding Frame Air Suspension delivers the features and benefits of the CBX40 slider in a 69k capacity tridem axle slider configuration for van and reefer trailer applications. Tridem sliders provide the versatility to move freight across international, provincial and state borders while remaining in compliance with bridge/weight and “infrastructure-friendly” regulations.

The SAF CBX69 Sliding Frame Air Suspension is one of the lightest weight tridem axle systems in its class. Strategic placement of full height slider frame crossmembers help resist racking and buckling for extended service and durability.

The CBX69 Sliding Air Suspension features:

  • SwingAlign™ for fast and accurate axle alignment
  • Multi-functional pivot bushing with exterior void design
  • Optional P89™ or P89 Plus™ Air Disc Brakes
  • Optional SC5 Dressed Drum Wheel End package with 5-Year Warranty
  • Optional air operated pin pull release for easy slider sub-frame repositioning  
  • Optional Tire Pilot Plus™ Tire Inflation System
  • PosiLok™ to minimize dock walk and suspension squat
  • 5.75” diameter robust round axle
  • Optional Auto-PosiLift™ smart lift axle system
  • Black Armour® Corrosion Protection
