Key Aspects:
- Integrated system solutions: Following the strategic acquisitions of recent years, the expertise of the individual brands is visibly coming together. Axles, brakes, couplings, telematics, steering systems and digital control are offered as coordinated complete solutions.
- Comprehensive axle portfolio: From SAF INTRA and the new SAF FUSION through the SAF MODUL family to TECMA, SAF-HOLLAND covers all weight classes from 9 to 82 tonnes.
- New stand concept: The redesigned exhibition stand in hall 26, stand A10, makes the company’s systems expertise tangible and, for the first time, incorporates Assali Stefen into the overall concept.
In hall 26, stand A10, the company is showing how the strategic acquisitions of recent years have created an integrated system of brands and products. The Group’s portfolio is converging technologically and organisationally, enabling integrated solutions with tangible operational benefits. The coordinated interac-tion between the products directly supports lower lifecycle costs: fleet operators benefit from reduced downtime, more efficient spare parts supply and lower total costs.
From component manufacturer to system partner
SAF-HOLLAND consistently aligns its portfolio with the requirements of modern transport chains. The focus is on coordinated complete systems rather than isolated individual products. Customers benefit from a clear structure, fewer interfaces and a single point of contact throughout every phase – from original equipment to the aftermarket.
“Our customers no longer expect a collection of individual components; they expect intelligent systems that are perfectly coordinated. This is exactly what we are demonstrating at the IAA: the strengths of our brands are coming to-gether and creating genuine added value throughout a trailer’s entire lifecycle,” explains Alexandre Charpiot, Vice President Sales OEM at SAF-HOLLAND.
Axle portfolio for every transport task
The system approach is particularly evident in the axle portfolio: with SAF IN-TRA, SAF-HOLLAND covers all applications in the 9-tonne segment. The new SAF FUSION extends the portfolio to 11 tonnes and represents a further opti-mised integration of key components.
For more demanding requirements, the SAF MODUL family offers solutions with disc and drum brakes up to 14 tonnes. In the special-purpose and heavy-duty segment, TECMA complements the portfolio with custom-made axles and load capacities of up to 82 tonnes.
This makes SAF-HOLLAND’s axle expertise a key advantage for customers: they have a single point of contact for every axle requirement – from the 9-tonne segment and higher load ranges to special-purpose and heavy-duty solutions.
Haldex integrated throughout
The Haldex ModulT can be factory-fitted across all SAF-HOLLAND axle fami-lies – creating a complete solution in which every element is perfectly coordi-nated. The disc brake is a particularly lightweight, compact and easy-to-maintain solution designed for high braking performance and efficient service processes. Electronic braking systems and drum brake components complete the Haldex offering at the SAF-HOLLAND stand.
Exhibition stand brings integration to life
The new stand concept in hall 26, stand A10, illustrates how closely the brands now work together. The company’s exhibition presence has been completely redesigned to focus on system integration. This underlines SAF-HOLLAND’s role as a one-stop shop for trailer and transport solutions, providing customers with key suspension system components from a single source.
At the exhibition stand, a continuous ribbon-like design element connects the different axle families within a shared system environment and leads visitors along a clearly structured solution path – from standard applications to heavy-duty transport.
For the first time, Assali Stefen is also fully integrated into the exhibition presentation. This underlines the growing integration of SAF-HOLLAND’s international family of brands.
“IAA Transportation is the ideal platform for us to show how strong individual brands are coming together to form a shared system environment. Visitors will see that our solutions are now much more closely connected at a technical, organisational and service level,” emphasises Charpiot.
