V.ORLANDI E575

The V.ORLANDI E57 series is a 57.5mm automatic drawbar coupling, which is designed for steering drawbar trailers and central axle trailers. This coupling series is homologated according to ECE R55 standard and it is easy to handle, can be maintained very fast and is cost efficient. All E57 couplings can be equipped with various sensor and remote options.

Product information

The V.ORLANDI E57 series is composed by a rigid coupling, which allows ± 91° steering angle and ± 22° vertical oscillation of the trailer’s drawbar eye.

The main features consist of the following:

The E57 coupling stands out for its high towing values and can be used for a wide range of application.
The pin can be opened at any angle between truck and trailer
It has an automatic closing and manual opening mechanism.
This series is homologated according to ECE R55 standard as “class S” and can be equipped with a manual or pneumatic remote opening system as well as several sensor indicators.
This coupling has a 2-piece bell mouth. Lower and upper side can be changed when one side shows signs of wear.
The opening lever can be ordered mounted either upwards or downwards.
